About the Role
We're looking for an AI Automations Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automation workflows using platforms such as n8n, integrating AI capabilities to transform how our clients operate their businesses.
You'll work closely with our clients to understand their business processes, identify automation opportunities, and implement solutions that leverage AI to increase efficiency, reduce manual work, and create new capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement automation workflows using n8n and other automation platforms
- Integrate AI capabilities into automation workflows to enhance their capabilities
- Work with clients to understand their business processes and identify automation opportunities
- Develop custom nodes and extensions when needed to meet specific requirements
- Create documentation for automation workflows and train clients on their use
- Monitor and maintain existing automation workflows, ensuring they continue to operate efficiently
- Stay current with the latest developments in automation platforms and AI technologies
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure integrated solutions
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with workflow automation platforms (n8n, Zapier, Make, etc.)
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web services
- Experience integrating AI services (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) into automation workflows
- Basic programming skills (JavaScript/TypeScript preferred)
- Experience with enterprise business applications (CRM, ERP, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice to Have
- Experience with n8n specifically
- Knowledge of Docker and containerization
- Experience with database systems (SQL, NoSQL)
- Understanding of enterprise architecture principles
- Experience with version control systems (Git)
- Background in business process analysis or improvement
